How can I replace 3ds Max animated population characters with render people characters?

Hello! This is great, however, when importing to 3Ds max 2022 the Face around the sides of the mouth and eyes warp massively backwards for some reason. I could edit it for some hours... however, would be nice if it just works. Any help possible, happy to pay.

If you do as suggested you have multiple copies of the render people all unevenly distributed over the entire hard disk. Better to store them in libraries and also better to use project management software as KStudio ProjectManager (which I use) or similar software. May be that you want to edit the materials for the render people, then it is also better to use a library. But Renderpeople models have a very good material configuration, so mostly you dont need to edit it.
