The synonymous "verborrea" is used in Spanish. It's one of my favorite words to read or hear when two people try to have a public media appropriate and high-brow argument.

Yapping in spanish is "Verborrea" which is the same as Logorrhea, but instead of "Logos" we use "Verb" as the prefix

I've ALWAYS told ppl logorrhea is my fave word and I proceed to explain the latin etymology of those, and always use the word log like loquacious speaking a lot and diarrhea the flow of diaretic to explain.
