On September 13, the BC Lions 2000 Grey Cup Championship Team will join the BC Lions Wall of Fame. As part of the ongoing 70th Season Snapshots, here's a look back on some of the most memorable moments from the 2000 BC Lions season.

The 8-10 BC Lions met the 12-5 Calgary Stampeders in the 2000 CFL Western Final. As massive underdogs, the Lions stunned the CFL world with a 37-23 victory en route to their 4th Grey Cup championship. In the upset win at Calgary, defensive back Eric Carter intercepted a Dave Dickenson pass for a 52-yard touchdown. The pick-six gave the Lions an 18-1 lead that they never gave up.
