Some teacher is going to play this for their students in health class one day. It will be an ice breaker

The fact this song is parodying The Sound of Music's "Do-Re-Mi" makes it even funnier

It warms my heart how excited they are to learn.

Men should be required to watch and commit this to memory before running for office.

I really love this show, I -was- am a little drama club queer kid and for some reason I was fascinated by Brigadoon. I think mostly because the weird concept of time travel presented. I drove my family crazy by playing the VHS over and over, I was a solid 90s kid, graduated HS in 03. I would prance around the house to Brigadoon, Beds Knobs and Broomsticks, this sad ass old Disney movie called The Three Lives of Thomasina, and My Neighbor Tortoro. That was my movie play list when I was a kid.

I remember when watching this with Papa, I knew where this scene was going and literally sang: 🎶Let's start at the very beginning. A very good place to start🎶 Then she started singing and I was laughing so hard my throat hurt!!! This musical show is AMAZING!!!!

0:00-0:07 Me interpreting the song: Shush! I don’t need someone to sing a song about people private parts and how brith works. Everything you need to know in this pamphlet.

English: super cute way of presenting the info. French subs: dry as a bone biology lesson. anglais : façon super mignonne de présenter l'info. sous-titres français : une leçon de biologie très ennuyeuse.

Wouldn't make sense with the rest of the show, but I would've loved to have see Melissa and/or Josh read aloud the picture books 'Mummy Laid an Egg' by Babette Cole and 'Where Did I Come From' by Peter Mayle in the school. Can imagine Kristen Chenowith's face if she heard it or saw the picture in 'Mummy Laid' when they go to the line "Here are some ways Mummies and Daddies fit together" and the next page about 'the great Egg race'. 'Where Did I come From' explains how it happens in a bit more detail and also goes over what's likely to happen each month in the womb.
Granted those books are more about pregnancy than sex but they both give you a pretty good introduction to how sex (between men and women at least) happens.
