I’m in my second year, last year I did 12 transactions and this year I intend on doing 24 as well. I had a really rough day and cried after door knocking 🤣. I always come back to your program / videos to get out of my head. Thank you!

7:04 Definitely the truth. I think another misconception about real estate from the outside is that you're actually working for yourself. It's like you're the owner of the car dealership rather than being a salesperson for the dealership. And while some people pay their agents an hourly rate, it's very uncommon. As a result (for almost every realtor), nobody reaches out to you. Great video as usual Brandon, always speaking the truth!

Hey brother. I know your content is focused primarily on the listing end. But could you do a video on how to be an effective buyers agent? I'm currently on a scholarship with a Real Estate firm for pre-licensing training and have a guarantee to join their brokerage for the first year, and I'll be starting out as a Buyer's Agent first.
