My Move is a new type of estate agent commonly referred to as a Hybrid. We are a Super-Hybrid because we give you more options on how you sell or let your residential or commercial property. Not only do we offer the traditional no sale-no fee route like high street agents but we also offer a DIY option , an up-front payment option and something in between. In fact there is something for everyone. We firmly believe we are one of the first "Super-Hybrid" agents and very soon we predict all agents will follow in our footsteps.

Our head office is based in West London and we currently cover up to 15 mile radius around London Heathrow Airport. We primarily cover UB, HA, TW, SL, Essex post codes and those that border them. If you are outside these areas we may still be able to help you so please get in touch as our network of Property Partners is growing fast.

We are not new to this. In fact, I have been involved in an estate agency since 1999 and trialled the up-front fee model as long ago as 2003 but it was an idea ahead of its time.

The internet and prop-tech applications have revolutionised the way homes are bought and sold or let. No longer do buyers trek up and down the high street registering with each agent and neither do the majority leave their names and addresses with agents! They simply register with the likes of Rightmove & Zoopla and wait for the email or text notification telling them a suitable property has just hit the market. No one visits estate agents these days - the internet has indeed changed everything including how we buy and sell our homes.

No longer do estate agent have to be located in expensive high street locations paying exorbitant rent, rates and wages, unless of course, they choose to do so. It is for this very reason estate agents charge sky-high fees to cover the typical six-figure operational costs of running an office as well as deliver a profit for its owners. Running a high street estate agency is expensive business and guess who pays for it? Yes! You do!

But wait! It doesn't have to be that way.

On-Line estate agents are gradually making in-roads into the market and soon this trickle will become a tsunami as the public wakes up to the fact that there is another way that is easier on the pocket. On-line agents have much lower running costs and through economies of scale, can pass these savings to you without compromising on the service, expertise, and efficiency to get the job done!
