I'm so glad, that even though Steve is a coservative God-fearing man, that he still knows that, a man should not only know how to provide for his family, but also learn the skills of the kitchen. My lady and I have been together for four great years. I always joke to her that the kitchen is no place for a women. In fact, the best cooks are men in all forms of cultures, albeit not all are men. I just want to make the point, that if a man ever demands a woman for preparing a dinner, that the man should also be highly capable in delivering such privileges at any given moment, especially if the lady counterpart has arrived at a later hour than the man. These are rules of the household - the morals of economics, the ethics of household management. Nothing wrong with eaten off a paper plate, but i can see how it would get rather annoying.

My mom has been using paper plates for about 10 years. She's 65 years old and don't feel like washing more dishes if she doesn't have to. Only on holidays do we use real plates,  and my sisters and I wash those days.

If he wants a real plate and she wants paper plates maybe he needs to make his own plate of food. Boom problem solved he can't expect her to do all that when she works

If you get good enough quality paper plates you damn near don't notice a difference. But certain meals do require a real dish to eat off of. Like steak, you just don't eat steak off a paper plate, it don't work! Anything that requires the use a of a knife to eat it, must be handled on a real dish.
