If you are facing issue that debit card is not showing in list, then you are clicking on Request button of the Credit Card section ( look up a bit) 😄. so Just below that, you have debit card section, Click on "Debit Card" section and then the "Request" button and follow instruction to reset your PIN

Doesn't work, like everything else with HDFC. Instant pin regeneration does not work without third party fund activation, for which i needed the bloody pin. Normal Pin regeneration gives you an OTP and then asks you to go to an ATM.
So whats the point.

Instant pin generation facility requires activation of third party transfer, which in turn requires ATM pin. What do i do now, ?

There is no having any card Also no having option (manual)put your card number how can I generate my credit card pin.

We have been trying this for 9 months now. The Instant PIN generation screen is blank in my online account. The link to this video is provided in my account page but I can't do anything as the Instant PIN generation page does not render. There is a message to use the PIN reactivation transaction instead, but for that I have to go to an HDFC ATM, which is not available where I live. Contacted HDFC relationship manager but she is completely useless - barely understands what we are talking about. Please fix this bug!!

I did not receive the PIN. But when i saw in the website for PIN regeneration, it costs 50 rupees + tax. What logic is this? I did not even receive the PIN at all.

When I am on the instant pin generation step. On the Card No. Section there is no card selected? I got my welcome kit today and also my card is shown active? So do I need to go to the nearest HDFC ATM and then activate it with the OTP I received and then change the pin?? Why my card is shown active then?

There is no desired debit card number at the drop-down option. I have received my debit card, but not able to generate a pin number. I would request HDFC to fix the problem as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience to the privilege customers., Cheers.,
