What is Gamification software?
It’s any tool or platform that applies game mechanics to non-game contexts, generally to boost engagement and, ideally, results.
For example, you’ll see things like points and badges, which are used to reward exceptional behaviors, achieving metrics, or hitting key performance indicators (or KPIs).
There are also leaderboards to inspire friendly competition between top performers in your organization.
So you won’t need your fight sticks or dance pad controllers to get the most out of gamification software, BUT it is a cool way to bring a bit of gaming mechanics to the workplace.
