Alina Habba lied to the judge about Trump going to a funeral. The judge pointed out to his lawyer in his letter that Trump is doing a speech in NH on Wednesday, NOT going to a funeral in Florida. Trump doesn't even have to be there, so the trial schedule doesn't need to change.

The person won, an award has been declared, and a #Victim gets victimised again when they have to either, sue in *hopes* of obtaining their court-ordered money; OR when the victim has to wait extraordinarily long times before receiving what they should get within 30days of *any* court verdict. 🤨

Habba behavior is starting to get outrageous. I won't be surprised if she's held in contempt and spend the night in lock up. She is in over her head and she's not a very good lawyer to start with. New Jersey's already looking at a possible disbarment because of what she did at Trump's club.

If he were trying to reduce his liability, he would ask for an opportunity to apologize for all that she has gone thru and promise not to speak badly about any other women. But the fact that he isn't going to do that, the judge shouldn't let him say anything.
