It was very back and forth. Some pictures were better with U11 but some were better on the Mate 10 pro

U11+ definitely wins in recorded audio quality, otherwise they are rather comparable.

The HTC U11+ by far!! I own this phone in the 128g translucent black and absolutely love it! Camera and video are great including recorded video audio sounds amazing!! Had it for two weeks no complaints...

Love all your reviews! In the last 7 months I have owned a Pixel 2, Mate 10 Pro, and now HTC U11. They are all Great cameras. They all have strengths/weakness. The only issue I had with Mate 10 Pro was problems with Android Auto. The HTC is close to Pixel in terms of camera. Hopefully I will keep this one for at least 6 months! Cellphones are addicting....

During daytime I sometimes chose Mate 10 Pro's picture over U11+'s and vice versa... But in low-light condition, Mate 10 all the way. Colours of the illuminations, the most important thing when shooting at illuminations(obviously) are sometimes lost in U11's photos due to overblown highlights as you can see on 2:30 . Mate 10 Pro, on the other hand, captured them pretty admirably and details were not really that lost in shadows, while noises were also kept in bay. Mate 10 Pro's lenses seem to be less prone to flares as well. For stills, I pick Mate 10 Pro over U11.

Great video as always! I kinda feel overall the HTC does a little better in most of the photos. I bet the 1080 60fps would be good on the HTC vs Hauwei but it's 4k needs some more stabilization

What the hell just happened to mate 10 on 2.21 image compared to u11. I think both camera's are great but u11 takes better selfie. Good job HTT, I enjoy every video of yours.

Great review dude! Iv had my HTC One M7 for over 5 years & used it Non-Stop as a Daily Driver! Now its time to swap & most likely ill get the HTC U12+. I managed to buy my father the Mate 10 Plus however, as it was pretty much the best phone avalible 2017 (Phone of the Year). Now lets see if U12+ can snap that title... ;)
