ARCHIPELAGO success story of an African & European private sector initiative for vocational training

The EU funded ARCHIPELAGO programme aims to strengthen the employability of the youth and the entrepreneurial capacity of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Africa. The approach is based on partnerships between African and European business support organizations, together with technical and vocational education and training (TVET) centres, joining hands to implement entrepreneurship and work-based training and support to integration of young people into the African labor market.
ARCHIPELAGO relies on the combined actions of the consortium partners sequa gGmbH, CPCCAF and @Eurochambres and its steering committee members such as BusinessEurope and SMEunited to mobilize their networks of business support organizations and enterprises to promote the implementation of vocational training programmes.
