NO! YOU'RE PIC. YOU'RE the final authority to the safe operation of your aircraft! Did you have your beacon on? Did you clear the area before startup? Did you have a situational awareness of the immediate ramp happenings? Don't blame the ramp guys getting paid a fraction of a percent of what you bought that jet for! Weak, dude; weak!

This purports to be a Flight Education Video and dude tries to pass the buck like an 80-hour newb busting a Bravo blaming ATC for putting the airspace in his way!
