I keep forgetting they're making a Macgruber series because my brain has turned to mush. But it's not so bad because everytime I hear it mentioned I get excited like it's the first time. Can't believe I didn't realise Will was voicing Sea Captain. I miss him already even though he was just on.

How is Macgruber going to work as a show? Surely a service named after that particular bird is going to be more family friendly and that is not the Macgruber I remember. On the occasion I do remember. Without the ability to swear his head off and stick things up his delightful behind how can they possibly bring Macgruber to life? I am so happy I live in a world where a Macgruber TV series exists. I mean, most of the other stuff is bad. We can't even have a Batman movie without it's lead contracting a virus that's currently spreading across the earth but we can have Macgruber. I'm very conflicted about how to feel.

Is the TV series going to be able to have profanity on Peacock? So much of "MacGruber" is the extreme vulgarity, so I'm not sure how they pull it off without being able to go all-out. IIRC, their pitch meeting had a line about rimming, so I'm hoping they can get at least somewhat blue.

It used to be people worked hard to create decent television but the 'irony' of MacGruber is crap and it's not just bad irony, bad satire of Macgyver but poorly done. I don't understand wanting to make such garbage.
