Closing out my final days in my NYC apartment with the cozy holidays.

Im a elderly WA State fan. I always stay in Jersey City when I travel to NYC. The PATH makes it easily accessible. Feels safe and somehow a bit more rural in the city. The waterfront views are spectacular. Hope your full life lets you continue to Vlog more.

Change is good! But the great thing is Jersey City looks awesome and it's a really quick trip back into the city so you get the best of both worlds- more space, quiet, and peace but are still very close to all that makes NYC great!
