This is quite a sophisticated addition to this spectacularly Shakespearean version of this otherwise lacking show. Quite a interesting statement he made, further calculations on how fast the apple feel down in conjunction with the distance of when the apple stated to fall and Sir Isaac Newton himself are necessary to confirm this claim.

What makes this funny to me is that he doesn’t say shit until the animation cuts away to the crater. Those are the funny-bad dub edits; the ones that are unintentionally amusing instead of annoying.

This is also a scene I point to when I compare Dragonball Evolution to FUNimation’s earlier dubbing work. Like, Gokū knowing someone like Sir Isaac Newton at the drop of a hat is just as out of character as Justinku going to American high school.
