I laughed so loud the first time I saw this bit. I love how Adam Sandler brings back characters from his previous movies. Like in Little Nicky where he brought back the “you can do it” guy from the Waterboy.

Upon rewatching 50 first dates I noticed something I didn't hear before. In the scene where they go to the Callahan institute, as the doctor is showing them around he mentions that the Callahan institute is funded out of Sandusky Ohio by TB Callahan. I never even noticed that Tommy boy reference before and Tommy boy is my favorite Chris Farley movie.
