When slipknot did their first live show with Corey in 97, he actually had white face paint with the letter “x” covering both of his eyes and he also had Red dreadlocks. Nonetheless, both the Self-Titled and the Original 1997 version are very cool. LONG LIVE THE ‘KNOT🤘🏻

Iowa was done with wigs. In a 2019 interview he stated the dummy mask melted away and once he switch to the 2nd mask (ghost glow) he reused the dreads

Juat saw slipknot in auburn washington, 25th anniversary tour, they had their original masks and orange jumpsuits, they only played songs from before Iowa~

He means subsequent masks, as in other self titled and Iowa masks not subsequent as in vol.3 that was his real hair

The best mask is from Vol 3. Easily the scariest look he had, and the whole band looked scarier during that time. The ones before that looked like cheap halloween masks.
