When he said "Please, allow me." right before he was about to demonstrate the ab exercises, my heart absolutely warmed up. He sounded so gentle, kind, and informative. Such an awesome vibe to have :)

I just finished this workout it took me about 35 minutes and I've been working out regularly for a year and a half (weight lifting). This is definitely a workout you can only complete in 20 minutes if you're already decently athletic. Don't take it personally, guys, just do what you can and the progress will come!

I began doing this and was like “this isn’t bad”. Realized he said 3 sets. Man I’m crying and sweating in the mid 2nd set.

Genuinely good technique for a celebrity. Incredibly rare to see proper range of motion like this. Also very rigid core in all of the exercises. Very impressed.
