Indeed, some of the zone drops are the so called "broken loot" (items whose drop chance got broken when the Pandaria version of the monsastery came up). Those are the Archon Breastplate, Warchief Kilt, Sliverblade, Ruthless Shiv, among others.

I myself have finally gotten the Ruthless Shiv after farming the Graveyard+Cathedral side for like 6 months nonstop. If you ever get your hands on these broken loot, they are actually worth at least 5 millions each (from what I've seen in the acution house). Any loaded person would gladly pay that amount for the Ruthless Shiv, since there's no shared appearances.
