There’s seem to be a lot of confusion amongst casual boxing fans as to why this mega fight didn’t happen sooner. It was still a great fight even with both fighters out of their prime with Mayweather being almost 40 and Manny being 36. In this video we’ll be talking about the REAL reason that the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight didn’t happen sooner.

So all of pacquiaos career he never took a blood test?? Come on, you have to a blood test in all 50 states when you are a professional boxer. Mayweather just didn’t like the fact that the Vegas boxing commission has there rules of when and how they drug test fighters. Mayweather just wanted that edge, he didn’t get so the fight never happened. Other than Shane Mosley he never had a problem with drug testing in Vegas.

From my understanding and what was left out of this video. The Mayweather camp wanted there own personal drug testing schedule. Not the one that the last Vegas boxing commission does normally for fights. Mannys camp got upset about mayweather having to much control in the drug testing. Which is a legitimate claim. One side can’t have total control over an area that should be equal and regulated by the state. 2009 fight would have been great. The 2015 fight was a glorified sparring session. Arguably Manny could have won or it could have been a draw. But mayweather has to big a hand in boxing, and he makes Vegas a lot money.

This news was too long ago. Manny already had a blood test and it's negative... Why bring this back again. We all knew that Mayweather cheated...😂😂😂
