Jeezus, what a ridiculous system we've created. One should just be able to pick up the damn phone and get a response as well as help in a situation like this! Writing letters, asking to be added to the agenda, all this unnecessary bs is absurd. Stop acting like you're brainless and powerless! Sound the alarms people, get aggressive and demand help. Call other places. seek out experts. Don't just sit there and wait politely for a response. Bears breaking in homes is high alert. Bears taking a swipe inside someone's home is doubly so. If I lived in SM I would pissed at that dude from city hall who is barely deciding to apply pressure for help. GMAB. What a useless city council. This is how they serve the people? Get rid of them.
