I agree. When Dr. Derm asked if the cysts were surgically removed and the patient said "no" they just cut'm, he wasn't lying. Dr., thank you for taking care of this gentleman. I always enjoy your work.

I never have liked that tool for removing blackheads, but it works pretty good on this guy's back. It's apparently the way the doctors using it...and you're doing a great job. This man's a blessing to have as a patient 🙏

My whole back and face is scared from cystic acne. My cystic acne is hereditary (from my dad). It started when I was 9 and I am now 59. I have been on antibiotics and various treatments all my life, including CO2 laser resurfacing two times on my face. I have a lot of empathy for this gentleman. Take care!

None of the doctors seem to steam the zits first to soften them before they use those instruments. It really makes a difference.

I have been lucky all my life to be blessed with beautifully clear skin. Once in a great while I get a pimple and it’s really sore, even the small ones. I can’t imagine suffering like some of these people do with this acne. My heart goes out to all of them that suffer from the pain and embarrassment. Thank you for sharing your stories and God bless all of you that suffer with chronic acne.

Really good blackheads for us popaholics but I sure do hope something helps his skin clear up just because I know that has to be a pain for him and he seems so sweet. Prayers goes out to him for this & his other health problems. Also good job to the doctor and thank you for sharing

I am merely an esthetician in my experience doing extractions on back skin the pores turn in strangely so you have to really stretch the skin and the traditional large cup lancet is the best tool for these dpow/blackheads on the back. Scar tissue thickens on the back which destort the pores. thank you for sharing this video

Leaving the blackhead there at the pore after extracting it feels almost like it was never popped. Can't watch that.
