When I build my own house I want someone like you to review my work before the city inspector. I can suffer from “I did it it must be right” bias. Like Confirmation bias but different.

Watching all your videos, feels like i'm half way to knowing most of the important things to catch. I'm trying to get the paperwork together to BUILD MY FIRST HOME. The bank wants my customer to have someone who can prove they've build 3 homes, and i have the guys but i do remodels.

While the framers should have compensated for it, that is most certainly a foundation issue. They cut all of the studs the same length, so a level and flat foundation should create a level and flat wall top plate.
