The folding back seats are a common feature on crew cab pickups, so I wouldn't call it a unique Tesla innovation.

Top ten Cyber truck features
1. Convicted people it's dumpster look is special
2. Fools people into proving how strong it is as it falls apart.
3. Unable to go 100 miles pulling a full load.
4. Totally impractical bed.
5. Barely able to drive on anytime other than paved road.
6. If off roading, needs a friend with a Ford to follow and perform recovery.
7. Requires many hours to "fill up".
8. Brags about front finger remover.
9. Solved many problems that never existed.
10. On a scale of 1 to 10 on usefulness as a work truck, scores a 0.
BONUS
11. Can NEVER pull a fifth wheel trailer of any size!

Conclusion : Fails in every truck category that actually matters.

Power tonneau covers are not new. Calling it the "Cybervault" does not make it revolutionary.

Almost every truck has a flip up back seat for storage.

Stalkless is a drawback, not a feature.

Largest windshield is also a drawback, not a feature. Leads to those massive vision blocking A pillars.

90 opening rear doors are available on other pickups.

So, basically nothing you mentioned was an improvement over what's already available.
