This channel and the sister channel Super Yummy must live in a food desert. Literally, the ingredients from recipe to recipe is, tomato, potato, onion "fine herbs" aka parsley, ham, sausage, chicken, mince/ground beef, eggs. Seasonings always salt, tons of black pepper, oregano, the occasional exotic tumeric or nutmeg, oddly liquid cream cheese, milk, and is always under the Mozzarella Mafia rule. I think we saw salmon, honey, fresh fruits, and ginger a few times.
Every recipe has become a parody of an earlier recipe, just swapping out one ingredient for another. I understand they are Brazilian channels - give us some of those recipes, like feijoada, or your famous cheese bread.

I'm Mexican and Even tougth we use so mucho sauce, specialy tomato based, I never tougth about this until some time ago.
Like Whatever You use tomatos on, Ham sandwich, chesse sandwich, quesadillas (cheese tacos).
fry tomatos and spinach a bit, they don't Even have to be well fried, just a couple of minutes, put them on, Buy some spices salt, it doesn't have to be an expensive one, and it's a total change the usual sandwich it's now totally diferent
