What makes us happy? Exploring the science of happiness

How #happy do you think you are? What even is #happiness? And how do you go about measuring it? Students at the University of Bristol in the southwest of England have taken a "#science of happiness" course. Evidence suggests that the simple fact of taking the course actually improves the happiness levels of those who take part. We discuss the science of happiness with Professor Bruce Hood, Director of Bristol University's Cognitive Development Centre.

Nice tips👍Happiness is greatly depending on your thoughts and couple. The tricky parts are, you could be 'extremely happy' but there are no way to impose your lifestyle (on entirety) to your couple so they could be 'happy'. For eg: You can grasp firmly to exercise on regular basis. But it's challenging to 'sell' that idea to your social circles. At the end of day, better focus on your self. You can try, but don't set your expectation too much...just my 2 cents☮
