If Excel is automatically converting your numbers into percentages, it might be due to cell formatting. To use RANDBETWEEN for percentages, apply the function to the desired range and format the cells as percentages. The formula for calculating a percentage is (Part/Whole) * 100, representing the proportion of a part relative to the whole.
