Great vacation planning. Plan to do all of this at some point if our child can participate.

I will say that everything changes. At the winter festival this year many of the offerings have changed so crowded we couldn’t justify waiting for some.

The restaurants showcase local sourced and many excellent ones.

wow! So different covered in snow! How much fun! The toboggan ride looks awesome! I visited back in 2004 but in Summer/Autumn and it was sunny every day! So different! the dog sledding looks even more fun so cool! Oh Polar bears too!

Wow that truly looks like such an amazing place to spend a vacation! That frozen waterfall really is quite incredible! Im sure there must be such amazing skiing opportunities around there too! That looks great with snow all around. Here in India it is exceptionally hot this time, the northern parts are like furnace this time around. All the places were great but the Ice hotel would be my pick.

Quebec looks awesome. While it's probably pretty cold it almost seems like you should visit once in Winter. The snow backdrop across the City is beautiful. That hotel looks amazing. I'm a sucker for Castles or Castle like structures. The toboggan and festival looks fun. Those Falls are majestic. Always wanted to try an Ice Hotel. Yes to skiing for me. This is such an epic adventure. Quebec is definitely now on my list.

Wow what an extensive list of things to do! We have never been to Quebec and have also never really enjoyed the winter, but I know some of the things on the list can do in the summer! Great cap and definitely helpful for all those who want to explore during the winter! The ride looks the most fun on the sled along with the waterfall!
