Thank you sir for good explanation. One doubt- as a single hindu male person can I adopt a child under HAMA or i need to register myself in CARA? Does CARA cover only Juvenile justice act or HAMA as well?

Sir I am a adopted son at the age of one but it's not rejesterd.after 8 years my adopted parents have a child. Still I am separated. I have any property rights for adopted parents.
