All freighter ships, cargo ships, container ships, tankers, cement carriers, bulk carriers and maybe tugboats will have to blow their foghorns just because it's foggy out there. And by the way the captain in his freighter ship keep blowing his horn in the fog repeatedly isn't that just annoying, I heard the echo in the background by the way.
