Ill never forget when my Aunt came to visit and convinced my mom to throw out our ouija board! I was so mad, saying mom its just a board game!! God bless my Aunt she was absolutely right.

During my 50 years away from the church, I taught yoga for 26 years. I can attest that probably 95% of the poses used were brought into the yoga practice about 150-200 years ago. A king of a principality in India liked gymnastics so he had a gymnast come to teach his son gymnastic moves. That son (cant remember his name now but he's well known in yoga circles) then incorporated the moves into a Hindu-based spirituality practice that included breathwork, meditation and physical poses that he named after various gods and goddesses, animals, trees and such. Ancient yoga practitioners used a few simple poses, mostly seated prior to this. Most yoga teachers these days teach forms that don't focus on the Hindu aspect so much but promote the god of I, that is it's all about Me, Myself and I--the unholy trinity. Having been involved in the occult for all those years I would caution against practicing yoga in any form. Exorcists say that there is no way the poses can be divorced" from their Hindu affiliations. In fact, many times people have been possessed by demons because of their yoga class. This is what the demons have told the exorcists. It's really best to stay away from it entirely. I'm still dealing with the Evil One trying to get me back into his clutches because of my years in the occult. Stay away from all of it!

I agree that we only need God and the church given by Jesus.
I would like to share my testimony.
I am married with 2 children but was lonely for 24 years.
Since a few years I started going to church regularly and attended many healing services
and end of 2018 I decided to surrender my life to God and put God above all things.
From 2019 my family life changed for the good and I also received blessings and gifts from the Holy Spirit.
You can tell when the Holy Spirit is active within you as you say see and do things differently.
Nowadays no matter what happens I am happy and peaceful. Praise God.
I make sure to thank the lord throughout the day and also praise and worship as well.
I go to confession whenever needed and always wear a brown scapular.
I also ask Mama Mary and St Joseph to intercede.

When I was away from the Church, I became very interested in astrology. One day, studying a very detailed book, I read something that seemed to be so exact about me and my life, that I threw that book away and never studied it again. There is truth there, but we are not to have this knowledge. Now, 35+ years back in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic church! Viva Cristo Rey!

I was speaking to my spiritual father and he told me yoga looks so harmless but he knows priest and nuns who started yoga just as a harmless practice. As they start to enjoy higher level of meditation the people practicing can't sit infront of the blessed sacrament. When asked they say that they can't enjoy the same level of concentration during meditation. Later they had to sit with their back towards the blessed sacrament so as to concentrate.. later they can't enter the presence of the Blessed sacrament. Plz be careful.

Getting to heaven must be hard, and I embrace my Catholic religion with all my life, even though I have sadly sinned much.
I'm so grateful for reconciliation/confession to be cleansed.

There’s also great confusion in the lives of people with the creation of twisted teachings by the Cardinals, Bishops and Priests. Mother Church is in pain and we’re carrying the heavy cross daily yet willingly to hold on to our beautiful faith in union with Jesus. We must profess readiness to live and die for the church and defend Jesus’ teachings as soldiers of God. The Holy Eucharist is our greatest nourishment for spiritual strength, thanks to all the Marian Fathers and all the faithful Priests throughout the world for the daily celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Fr. Chris, it was good that I listened to your talk today, because before, when I attended my sister's Christian church I had her pastor lay hands on me on a prayer of healing. I never knew the no-nos until I listened to your talk.

I read about a Christian pastor who was from India. He visited America for the first time. He turned on the tv and was appalled to see yoga on tv as exercise. He said yoga was done in India to put yourself in positions to receive evil spirits.
