Trump holds first campaign rally since coronavirus diagnosis

President Donald Trump has held his first campaign rally since leaving hospital earlier this week.

Speaking to hundreds of supporters from a balcony at the White House, he said a coronavirus vaccine is coming soon.

Democratic candidate Joe Biden questioned his rival's return to the campaign trail and the lack of social distancing at the event.
