Ingredients:
3 lbs pork shoulder
6 Anaheim peppers
3 jalapeños
1 white onion
5 garlic
6 tomatillos
2 bay leaves
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp thyme
1/2 tbsp oregano
Salt
Pepper

I made this for dinner last night, and oh my gosh it was so delicious. I put my crockpot on high for hours since she didn't specify high or low, and it was spot on. Meat was so juicy and flavorful. My first time making a homemade chile sauce and also first time roasting chiles. That was nervewracking and a pain lol but so worth it. This tutorial was so easy to follow and made me feel like a seasoned cook.
