There’s a reason why they’re banned in marathons. It won’t make you jump higher….it’ll give you a very slight an advantage on your forward stride return.

Until they snap right in half because I wear carbon fiber in my shoes every day because of my AFO on either side and they are crap!!!!
I have to replace them every three months .. for breaking in half in one place or the other mostly on the insole.I’m moving on to custom and a different material… Good luck guys
