Hi everyone, hope you've all had a great week:) So today I wanted to try and focus in on those key style tips I tend to reach for when I'm wanting to look polished and put together. Do let me know which is your favourite or maybe you've got a style tip you use you think everyone else will love too?

Once you start using these tips it becomes very natural really quickly, before long you'll be doing them all without even thinking about it! I really hope you find them helpful:) Does anyone else do some variation of the power pose when they're feeling awkward? I love that one! Best tip is “being realistic”. When I was younger I loved to shop for my “fantasy self”. Which meant a wardrobe full of clubbing dresses and sky high heels even though I was working in an office 6 days a week😂

Well I will be rewatching this video as so many great ideas... 👍 even at 70yrs I am learning and changing as I do not wish to fade into nothing as I have seen so many people do when reaching a certain age ...the old "well I'm this and that now and can't be bothered anymore" as far as I'm concerned plenty of time for that when I'm dead which I hope won't be for a long time. I adore clothes . Shoes 👞 and wearing make-up everyday as I feel dressed ...and beside all that it's fun to feel good .. thankyou Jess 🥰

Good morning 😃 I’m only 5’2 and agree that finding pieces in the right size is so important. I never care about the actual size as clothes vary so much, even in the same brand or when I buy vintage pieces.

Hullo, Jess! I loved your video. I am 1.74 m tall and wear all of these classic staples. My beautiful wool and cashmere camel coat by Max Mara, I bought in Florence 29 years ago. I have looked after it well and it is still as good as new. I have to compliment you on your darker look makes you shed about 15 highlighter blonde coloring is pretty but not nearly as stunning. Loving these style tips Jess! One thing I've started doing in my closet is that when I purchase a new garment, something else has to go. That way I always have the same number of hangers. I wish my hair was long enough to tuck into my jumpers. I do love the monochrome look and I think this is my favourite styling tip. Thanks for another considered video and have a great week! Shopping Thrift stores in affluent areas of town can bring in some nice, high-quality pieces that would usually be out of budget reach for me. I also have found that wearing the same pair of pants/jeans for a few days in a row and then washing them keeps ALL the clothes in my closet fresher. I keep a hook on the back of my door with pieces I have worn only a few hours. They are not dirty, but not fresh. When I get dressed I look at these pieces first and work with one of them if possible. Then wash.
