Kaliyug is characterized by a decline in virtue and an increase in vice. Moral values and human decency erode during this age, leading to widespread societal decay.

It is also marked by a decline in people's spiritual inclinations and practices. True knowledge of the divine and adherence to dharma (righteousness or duty) are said to diminish.

This era is associated with suffering, conflict, and confusion. It is believed that materialism overtakes spiritual goals, leading to strife both at individual and societal levels

Until and unless we have good people occupying important positions in India - NOTHING will change. And that change begins with YOU.

1. Become part of the political process, or take an active interest in learning about the Politics, Economics, and History of this country. There's absolutely no pride in being apolitical.

2. Please choose your Role Models wisely in Life. It is sad that modern-day India has casually replaced scientists and makers of modern India with reel creators.

Standards of society are dictated by who the members of society admire. Please think twice before you casually replace your legends so casually.

I hope - some of you will hopefully start thinking beyond party or religion-based politics and will fight for good economics.

We are working with many future MLAs/IAS/IFS/IPS/ Policy Consultants/Management Consultants
and preparing them to occupy important positions in this country.

If you'd like to be part of my mission - please reach out, and share it with others.

This country has enormous potential, and we should make it our duty to work towards it.

Over the past few days, our YouTube, and Instagram Channel Blew Up.

And ever since, we’ve been approached by numerous organizations to do 'paid' sponsorship posts for them. Some of these partnership requests are very lucrative - ranging between a few lakhs per video integration.

While these opportunities can be flattering, we have cautiously chosen not to walk down that path.

I never aimed for this channel to be a profit-driven venture. I'm not a 'YouTuber', and neither do I intend to become one. You will NOT see a single sponsored reel/short/video on this channel. This post is also a reminder and a promise to myself - that I stay true to that ethos.

I’m dedicating my 30s to one thing and one thing alone: getting good people to occupy important positions in this country.

Many will laugh at my dream, but until and unless we have good people occupying important positions, NOTHING will change. This dream has a very personal meaning to me, and I'm truly happy to be working towards it via our work at MisFits, and Global Governance Initiative.

Standards of a society are dictated by whom the members of the society admire. People holding important positions should stand for values, and not the Monetary Pleasures of life alone.

Personally, I do not have high luxurious ambitions. I don’t dream of buying a 'villa' or swanky cars or retiring early in life. The dream that many members of MisFits, and the Global Governance Initiative are working towards is beyond the simple monetary equations.

For me, your faith in us is what matters most.

We pledge to continue earning that trust with every post, every video, and every interaction.

While we appreciate organizations that approach us, we feel that declining sponsorship offers is in the best interest of maintaining the authenticity of our channel.

'Sponsored' content, by its very nature, introduces potential biases. I'm here on YouTube to build relationships with my subscribers - and that is always personal. Not a Financial Calculation.

Best Regards,
Naman

One of the reasons why Western countries can introduce a healthy work life balance is because they know countries like India will take up their leftover work. This also creates excessive workload in India.

If we increase the economic value of Indian workforce & labour, work hours will automatically reduce.

In my city kanpur there are 5 children who are working in the carpet factory accidentally killed because they earn money to enjoy diwali this year. These poor families live in small villages to survive. But the state government is not taking any action on this matter.
The state government has no policy for unemployment.

100%✅ Work pressure is killing us.
I too left my job due to work pressure and continuous threatening from Seniors. The way they harass employees to accomplish targets completely destroys one's own learning, ideas, work life balance and health.

Even school students are also getting stressed. They are running away from home. Educational institutions are treating them like machines. No human values.

I worked in UK, Germany and Ireland, if you know in Germany they work hard but are equally serious regarding their holidays like Sundays even shops are closed only some rare supermarket are open . And they have hobbies and they do deliver in India we do mediocre work, no innovation and exhausting our pple. If the work is done why to grind the person let them go . Our work culture is no different the way upper caste exploit the lower caste and here boss exploit and think workers as slave . We don’t aspire fr quality just cheap labour and then we aspire to challenge US or western world. If pple ain’t happy do you think they will deliver quality work ??

This can only be fixed if we people will wake up and take actions against these politicians. Every election we get a chance to mend our previous mistakes but we keep repeating it just for few free bucks govt is offering, and just because of the wrong dream we have in our eye for India.

The country's most powerful people are politicians...but the politicians themselves do not have any brains I feel...if a country has to grow I believe smarter people have to start joining politics...people with experience in that domain...like EAM Mr Jaishankar. Everyone loves him because he is so knowledgeable about the external affairs. We need such experts on powerful positions.

It's a shame. I love my country. Yet after listening this I don't want to live here. We work for our family well-being and development of our country. But if we work stressed it's not good for anyone. It's dangerous of ourself and to our society.

I work for an automobile company In After Market. My job starts with my leaving home at 8 in morning, then from 9 to 1:30. 15 minutes of break, then 1:45 to 7 PM. Then come home by 8. Had dinner. Packed my clothes, left for station. Reached another city next morning. checkedd in hotel, had breakfst, left for work by 8- or 9. complete the work by 6-7 PM again. Again go back, have dinner, pack clothes, go to station, leave for another city by train or bus. and continue for the 5 days a week.
On saturday, i come back in morning 8-9 AM. for two days of vacation. Some people are just not aware of how hard work and life can be, and that's why 55 hours a week seems too much for them... Life is hard, and Nirmala sitaraman is not wrong if she says, people are mentally week and need spritual and meditational help to remain stable...

I understand the importance of spirituality and incorporating it in our curriculum. But is she fr?! She thinks including spirituality in our curriculum would give us inner strength to cope with literally the stress of over-working and burning ourselves out?! Seriously!

How can authorities regulate this? Isn't this a cultural issue? We need to stop glorifying overwork. No matter what regulations authorities bring in, employers will find loopholes and skirt around them.
