I also loved the Easter egg in the WaraWara plaza when its your birthday, your congratulated by other miis in the plaza with confetti and exclusive music for the celebration. I love my WiiU so much!

You know something I really love about the plaza theme? Throughout the song, the gamepad emits an echoing bell-like tone, and then the TV screen echoes its own version of the tone almost like a sound off. It gives me a huge sense of the connectivity between the two screens.

Here's a cool idea Nintendo, what if you had the background be based on the game that's in the disc drive, or the game that you've last played. To keep the Wara Wara plaza from looking too stale.

WaraWara Plaza used to be so alive before Miiverse shutdown, Now it just really feels gray seeing the same thing on WaraWara Plaza every time.

Wow that's so very amazing. We're able to do voice and video chat with our friends through the Wii U system just like Skype. I can't wait to get a Wii U. It sure will be fun chatting with all of my friends through the Wii U. It's finally released and the wait is finally over. It's written on my Christmas list. I know the Wii U will be so much fun to play. Happy Gaming everyone!!! :)

Boy. This console really got stripped down in terms of content over the years. I really do miss Miiverse, the plaza, and the little things that made the Wii U stand out. Definitely a shame that the console is pretty much dead (even the online servers). While this isn't my favorite console, it definitely is still a decent one that had some good memories over the years.

I played the Wii U at Target today, and my lord the gamepad is light. It's so amazingly light that I actually forgot I was holding it during a demo a few minutes in. It's insane.
