In order to get more teachers / substitute teachers into the classroom they need to raise their salary to, or above the national average maybe, they will give more people interested in the teaching profession!

Shit we haven’t seen “quality” educators in decades. I love the good ones, but you’re less than 10% not the majority. The test scores and minds of the youth backs this up. It’s Fucking sad. Many world be better off learning life from the streets. At least they’d be better prepared.
