Such a peculiar and beautiful movie. Soundtrack was perfect too.

Btw as far as I understand, Melanie was actually kind of glad that Dolio's parents decided to steal everything, because that meant Dolio wouldn't get back to her parents. Melanie also didn't really care about the material things she had, since most of the stuff she had was weird products her mom had bought her, and she was tired of it all. She didn't find much value in material things, but she found all value in her love and Dolio. She was actually happy that she won't lose Dolio, and they could be together. that's all that matters, and Dolio no longer feels a need to run away from the love either.

I saw the trailer and thought it’d be pretty quirky and kinda funny…. but it ended up being a great story ! ERW has always been a great talent, but has been wasted many times.
