When I came back from Iraq in 2004, I was diagnosed with the terminal brain tumor and they gave me five years to live. This April will be my 21st cancer anniversary. There is not a day that I fear the inevitable, but I have been blessed. I got to walk my daughter down the aisle. I got to watch my son graduate from college and I got a beautiful granddaughter.

A few days before my husband passed away in hospice he said, "If I had known dying was so peaceful I would have never been afraid."

I never cried over any actor before who passed or any celebrity, but Chadwick Boseman's death hit me hard when I found out. I couldn't help but to cry.

As an RN ive seen up close and personal what pancreatic cancer does to a person. Almost always fatal. Alex Trebek looked really good for stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Now I face stage 4 breast cancer myself. McCain faced his disease with such grace.

When Chadwick was telling the story about a child who was dying from the ‘illness’, not only did it impact him, but he himself knew that he doesn’t have the time on Earth, and that is why he was sad 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

Chadwick Boseman was a true treasure and legend from the start. He really cared about his superhero role and the good example it set for children. He was such a gracious and sweet person.

Surprised Farrah Faucett isn’t on here. She did a whole documentary about her final time and her treatment. Patrick Swayze hit me hard because I loved him in his movies.

Chadwick’s passing hit me the hardest. Far too soon, no question.

I’m so glad that Chadwick left us with such a great amount of work for us to enjoy. 🙏

Alex Trebek's announcement and death grieved me deeply. My mom loved Jeopardy, loved Alex and was killed by the same cancer he had. I truly felt like I lost her all over again.

Norm MacDonald was another great who didn’t tell anyone about his cancer before he passed. He had a few interviews and even made a special during the pandemic since he knew he didn’t have much time left
RIP Norm!

Two that I thought would be on this list: Michael Landon, who did an interview with Johnny Carson, and Warren Zevon, who did one with David Letterman.
