Honestly water sounds while shifting is kinda logical, you can't move in water without making sounds

The sounds themselves may be client sided, but they can also become active for other players, haven't tested this in a while but I've had games where my friends also get the noises

This happened to me while playing wingman with a friend and he was hearing my footsteps. Also, they showed up on radar. What the fuck is valve doing?

While it is client-sided, the ragdoll falling into the water also happens for everyone else in the game on their client, so even though it's technically not server-side, others can still hear it.

I think the community needs to make anti cheat for Valve now
