"A Change Is Gonna Come" was written and recorded by Sam Cooke for his 1964 studio album "Ain't That Good News". Cooke wrote the song about his personal struggle an the challenges of African Americans during the Civil Rights Movement. In 2019, Jennifer Hudson belted this song out at at President Obama‘s “30 Days to Victory Concert” at the Nokia theater. She sounds so unbelievable, I got goosebumps when I heard this. What is sad about this song is that is still relevant today for many as it was in 1964. The songs says "It's been a long time coming, but I know a change is gonna come." Let's hope so. Enjoy!
