Minarchy VS Anarchy. . . . SOLVED

I go over my conversation with a gentleman at the YAL conventino and how he and went through and exploration of culture, how culture would have to evolve and what that evoloution would mean for anarchy.

Below is the conclusion

For minarchism to work the people must be independent and recognize the virtue of being tolerant of free people in free markets and not demand government healthcare, welfare, housing, phones, schools, regulations, roads….Etc. A minarchist culture must use persuasion over coercion in all aspects of society except for providing funding for the common belief in a public national defense and a public judicial system. Now if a culture is that committed to using persuasion over coercion that they are capable of restraining government to the sole functions of a judiciary and national defense, that culture and those people are principled enough for anarchy and will see zero need or value in politicians and government.
