Sabzi polo mahi Persian fish kabab and herb rice recipe

Classic sabzi polo mahi made on the kabab grill and using saffron marinated salmon This recipe
Ingredients:
salmon fillets with skin on
saffron water
salt and pepper
and veg oil

3 cups of rice
Dried parsley coriander and mint equal part
potato slices for tahdig (crispy rice base)
2 tablespoon salt
