However, the accommodation in Ireland is scarce and very expensive. Ireland has taken in 100, 000 Ukranians because of the war with Russia so it is very difficult for newcomers.
UPDATE: 28/5/2024 There has been a clampdown by the Irish government on migrants now....and illegals are being deported. New arrivals are being given tents to live in outdoors because of no accommodation. Their applications are then processed before most applicants are now being deported. The weather in Ireland is wet and cold in Summertime due to Climate Change. It is worse in Winter. Resources have been stretched and the Irish public are very angry. There are many hostile protests. Probably best not to make the journey.
