Llandegla Black Route 2024 - A test of fitness

First time riding Llandegla's Black trails in a couple of years and with the lack of time spent riding this year my fitness levels were put to the test...and I failed the test. A combination of not fueling properly before or during the ride along with not being as fit as a thought I was lead to me struggling on the climbs towards the end.
