The boots change is going to be great. I can’t keep count of the amount of times I’ve left base with only 400g in the early game.

I think a LOT of people are going to be sleeping on Wukong and Tristana. The buffs to both of those champions will definitely help them a ton, especially in the early game were they both tend to be weaker than most other "meta" picks in their respective roles. Tristana main - does 1 extra damage per level matter much? Only buffs first ability and auto attack - every little bit helps but unclear on Doom’s point
