@15:00 in most states the left lane is in fact for passing. This guy was dead wrong and deserves the getting cited. He may not have been "impending traffic" but it is illegal to cruise in the left lane. The left lane is for passing, therefore if your not passing someone and have an empty lane right your dead wrong.

When the "auditor" threatens to take a cop to court they really don't care because even if they're found guilty of being a bad cop the very worst that can happen is they lose their job in which they will just go to the next town & become a cop there.
But if they were to get a personal financial hit then they will learn.

Right around 15:00 the female officer was 100% correct. The driver was impeding traffic. The left lane is for passing. I applaud her for doing such a great job. The foreigner and the guy doing this YouTube video should learn traffic laws. I can’t stand drivers like this. They are being passive aggressive in their road rage and causing the interstate to back up. Like the officer said; if you want to maintain the speed limit, do it in the other lane. The left lane is for passing. I love this officer. We need more officers enforcing this law. ❤

Baca was actually correct. New Mexico law is that the left lane Is for passing. If you aren't passing and have a line of cars behind you, that's impeding traffic. Regardless of going the speed limit.
