Cabinets of Curiosities have always fascinated me. Their existence and history tell a lot about humanity, but owning one yourself can be really quite expensive. So, let's make a Cabinet of Curiosities of our own... on a budget!

What an awesome find I love cabinets of curiosities! Have you ever heard of Spar Cabinets? When miners would find interesting minerals and crystals underground, they'd bring them home and glue all of them into small cabinets like this then they would place a candle inside so the light would reflect off of all the crystals!💜

I feel like drying the plants would be a better option, I am not sure how they wouldn't spoil after some time fermented in the water. :)

If it had been a smokers cabinet you'd smell it, and you'd need special cleaners to make it go away, if it ever did actually go away without refinishing or a couple of clear coats, but just old dusty stuff can have a dirty brown film

You could put some LED strip lighting inside the cabinet so you can see the contents at night!
